Terms of use
These terms explain how you can use Pocket accounts, cards and transfers, what we do for you and what we expect from you. By opening an account you agree to them, together with the fee schedule shown on the pricing page.
You must be 18 or over and live in a country we support.
You must keep your passcode, PIN and devices secure, and tell us straight away if they are lost or stolen.
We may limit or close an account where the law requires it, and will tell you why when we’re allowed to.
Privacy
We collect the information we need to open your account, keep it safe and meet our legal duties. We never sell your data. Pocket AI uses only the data in your Pocket account and never trains shared models on it.
You can download a copy of your data, correct it or ask us to delete it from the app under Settings, then Privacy.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work. We don’t use advertising cookies, and analytics are collected without identifying you.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, tell us in the app or through the contact page. We’ll acknowledge your complaint within one working day and send a final response within 15 working days. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can refer it to the financial ombudsman in your country.
Licences and safeguarding
In a real deployment, name the legal entity that provides each service, the regulator that authorises it and its registration number, and explain how customer money is safeguarded. Name the bank that holds savings deposits and the deposit protection scheme that covers them.
